Buna Africa is a homegrown online platform designed to meet the unique needs of Africa’s growing aquaculture sector. Since the 1960s, the sector has undergone many changes, and, today, fish farmers operate their farms as successful businesses.
At Buna Africa, we dream of a future where African fish farmers have easy access to technical information, essential services, and reliable data. We are committed to becoming the go-to platform for fish farmers seeking guidance, knowledge, and connections within the aquaculture community.
To ensure ongoing growth in Africa’s aquaculture sector, collaboration is key. Buna Africa seeks to foster the development of lasting relationships between fish farmers and their local governments. By partnering with the Buna Africa, governments have access to accurate data with which they can develop informed policy.
